Can someone identify this part? I fried it on one of my FCs. I'm guessing it might be a 5v regulator?

The pics voltage measurements are taken from my working FC

I actually had the same part die on three different MillivoltOSDs and Preston didn't want to tell me what part this is even though I asked a thousand times. His support team didn't know either.
All I know that it's in a SOT-23-6 package.
I would really appreciate if someone could find this out.

I'd put my money on a DC-DC regulator. Sitting there next to the inductor is suspicious. If you can see a trace from one of its pins to the inductor, then that is a typical regulator layout, there should be big fat traces or fill areas connecting voltage in and ground. VIN is your supply, one of the voltage pins probably goes back to a resistor divider and is feedback, and then the output voltage output. Enable pin could be floating (in the lower right). Just a guess as I can't really see the traces.
